Source One Realty is a real estate brokerage and property management company serving Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, and greater Southwest Florida, as well as Cleveland, Lakewood, and greater Northeast Ohio. Real estate is a personal business: to help you buy, sell, rent, invest, or hand over management of a property, we need real information about your goals and your situation. We collect only what we need for that purpose, we keep it for as long as our work and our record-keeping obligations require, and we do not sell it.

This policy covers information collected through this website and through the ordinary course of our client and prospective-client relationships. It does not cover the practices of third parties whose sites or portals we link to, each of which publishes its own policy.

The main way we receive personal information is because you choose to send it. On the consultation form, that includes your first and last name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, which services you are interested in, whether you consent to text messaging, and any details you write about your goals. If you call, text, or email us, we keep the substance of that conversation so the next person you speak with has context.

As an engagement progresses, we may also receive property addresses, ownership and entity details, association documents, insurance and inspection reports, budget and financing information, tenant or lease information, and vendor invoices. Sensitive documents such as financing or identity paperwork are collected only when a transaction or a management engagement requires them, and only through the channel we tell you to use.

Like most websites, ours records limited technical information when you visit: IP address, approximate region, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you viewed, and timestamps. This data supports security, error diagnosis, performance, and aggregate understanding of which pages people find useful. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal effects, and we do not build advertising profiles about you for other companies.

We do not sell personal information. We do not rent or trade contact lists. We do not share your details with unaffiliated lenders, insurers, contractors, or lead-generation companies so they can market to you. If you ask us to introduce you to a lender, inspector, insurance agent, attorney, or contractor, we share only what is needed for that introduction and only after you ask.

Access inside our company is limited to the advisors and operations staff working on your matter. Outside our company, information may be shared with service providers and transaction participants when necessary, including: hosting, database, and email infrastructure providers that run this website and store form submissions; property management and accounting platforms; e-signature and document storage providers; the cooperating brokerage, title company, escrow agent, lender, appraiser, or inspector in a transaction you have authorized; associations and municipalities when documents or approvals require it; and professional advisors such as attorneys and accountants.

Providers act on our instructions under contract and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or regulatory examination, or when necessary to investigate fraud or protect the safety and rights of people and property. If our business is ever reorganized or acquired, information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

Text messaging consent is separate, optional, and never a condition of doing business with us. If you opt in, you may receive messages about real estate services, investment opportunities, appointment details, and customer support. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Marketing email always includes an unsubscribe link. Even after you opt out of marketing, we may still send transactional messages tied to an active engagement, such as a closing date or a maintenance update.

Consultation inquiries that do not become engagements are kept while the opportunity is reasonably active and then archived or deleted. Transaction and management records are kept for the periods required by Florida real estate, tax, and escrow rules — generally at least five years after the file closes, and longer where an audit, claim, or dispute is reasonably anticipated. Website security and error logs are kept for short operational windows. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or reduce it to aggregate form that no longer identifies you.

Form submissions from this site travel over encrypted connections and are stored in a managed cloud database with access rules that prevent public reading of submitted records. Access is limited to authorized team accounts, administrative credentials are not embedded in the website code, and we review permissions as roles change. We ask staff and vendors to handle client documents through approved channels rather than personal accounts.

No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim to be certified under any particular security or privacy framework. Please help us by using strong, unique passwords on any portal we give you access to, and by treating unexpected wiring instructions with suspicion — we will always confirm payment instructions by phone using a number you already have.

You can ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to provide a copy, to correct inaccuracies, to delete information we are not required to keep, or to stop sending marketing. You can also change your preferred contact method at any time, or ask us to route communication to a spouse, partner, attorney, or asset manager instead of you.

Florida and Ohio residents, and residents of other states with applicable privacy laws, may have additional statutory rights, including the right to opt out of any sale or targeted advertising use of personal information — a right that is straightforward for us to honor, because we do not engage in those practices. We will not retaliate or degrade our service because you exercised a privacy right. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity before we act, and we will respond within the time frame the applicable law requires.

This website is intended for adults evaluating real estate services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it. Likewise, if you submitted someone else’s contact details by mistake, tell us and we will remove them.

Some protections on this site come from the platform that hosts it, including encrypted transport, managed database access controls, and secret storage that keeps credentials out of published code. Other protections are ours: how we train our team, which vendors we approve, what documents we request, and how long we retain files. Your part matters too — keep portal credentials private, verify unusual requests, and tell us promptly if you suspect an account has been compromised. This page describes our practices; it is not an independent audit or certification of any party.

We revise this policy when our services, tools, or legal obligations change. The “last updated” date reflects the current version. Material changes affecting active clients will also be communicated directly.
