Kelly Stumphauzer has spent the last 22+ years building one of the most recognized real estate investing track records in Northeast Ohio. She has flipped more than 1,000 homes, built and led large turnkey operations, acquired and scaled property management companies, and navigated four full market cycles — all while building systems that help investors succeed.
Her early years taught her to be resourceful, disciplined, and relentless. Those lessons shaped everything that came after: building buy-and-hold portfolios, structuring private money deals, managing renovations at scale, and growing companies that serve owners with transparency and accountability.
Her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, and she has shared her experience on national stages and podcasts including Real Estate Investing Unscripted and The A Game Podcast — speaking openly about what actually works in this business, beyond the highlight reels and get-rich-quick stories.
Today she owns Source One Realty, a full-service, investment-focused firm supporting owners through every stage: acquisitions, renovation management, leasing, property management, and exit strategy — across Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. Operations are tech-forward, process-driven, and built for real-world performance, not theory.
Alongside running the brokerage, Kelly is passionate about coaching new and experienced investors — creative financing, BRRRR, scaling, deal analysis, managing contractors, and building real cash-flow portfolios that withstand market cycles.
“From being underestimated to becoming a nationally recognized operator, my mission is the same now as it was when I started: help people build real wealth, gain financial independence, and make smart, sustainable real estate investments with confidence and clarity.”
