Full-service management

Everything the property needs, handled.

  • Tenant placement and marketing

  • Rent collection and delinquency handling
  • Maintenance coordination
  • Lease and local compliance
  • Owner reporting and statements
Every lease length

One team, whatever the strategy.

The same building can be an annual rental, a furnished 30-day placement, or a nightly stay. We manage all three — so if the right move changes, you never change providers.

Long-term rentals

Annual leases for steady, hands-off income — the most predictable strategy, month to month. Our long-term pricing scales down as your portfolio grows.

Managed by Source One Realty

Mid-term rentals

Furnished 30+ day stays for traveling nurses, insurance placements, and corporate housing — higher yield than an annual lease with far fewer turns than nightly.

Managed by Source One Realty

Short-term rentals

Nightly stays where the property and local rules support it — dynamic pricing, listing distribution, guest communication, and turnovers all handled.

Source One Stays

Furnished stays, done right.

Furnished, mid-, and short-term rentals in Cleveland, New York, Nashville, and Naples — book direct or request an owner proposal.

Furnished and short-term

We design it, furnish it, and manage it.

A furnished rental only performs if it's set up right. For mid-term and short-term properties, we help you design and furnish the space, then run it — coordinating any work the property needs along the way.

Good to know

Owner questions, answered.

What kinds of properties do you manage?

Residential and multi-family rentals across Cleveland and the surrounding areas — single homes, duplexes, and small apartment buildings.

Long-term, mid-term, or short-term — which makes more money?

It depends on the property, the local rules, and how involved you want to be. We manage all three in-house and will model the right lease length on your actual address before you decide.

How does management pricing work?

Long-term management pricing scales down as your portfolio grows. Furnished mid- and short-term is quoted per property, since setup and turnover differ. Every charge is disclosed in writing before you sign — no surprises.

Who handles maintenance and after-hours emergencies?

Our team carries an emergency line for water intrusion, HVAC failure, and storm damage. Every job is documented with photos and cost.

Can you take over management mid-lease?

Yes. We handle tenant notification, deposit transfer, and records onboarding, then inspect the property and report its condition.
